The Saudi Telecom Company debut their 5G services in the region, but when thinking about the best way to do that, they thought about analyzing Google Search queries, and they found out that many local consumers weren’t aware of 5G’s value yet.
Since consumers are going online to ask, the STC marketing team decided to use that to deliver the answers. they cooperated with a famous Saudi Youtuber to make a series of 10 short Youtube videos answering the most common queries.
After creating these videos, which didn't really cost much, they used "costume intent audience targeting" so that when a consumer who had a question before logs in Youtube, they see the video that answers their question. The result?
The campaign results exceeded all expectations! reaching over 3 million unique users, more than 6 million across all videos, and a jump of 150% in branded search queries related to STC's 5G network.
